| IV. Editorial Remarks Announcement for Future Issues WIS Nos. 70 and 71 will be planned for publication in March and September, 1990, respectively. Manuscripts for No. 71 will be accepted anytime not later than July, 1990. Lists of genetic stocks and records of genetic resources are mostly welcome. Manuscripts should be typewritten (double-space) in English, and submitted with duplicates. One article should not exceed five printed pages (about 10 typewriting pages). Lists of stocks are exempted from this page limit. Off-prints could be printed by order at cost price. Back numbers are available by order at cost price.
